Jason FarrisDowntown Fresno has seen major developments in recent years and has attracted notable businesses into the area. The latest local business to choose the downtown area for its headquarters is well-known realty company, FresYes.

“We believe that combining the Bitwise culture and the energy of FresYes creates a winning formula,” said Jason Farris, owner, FresYes. “This is one of the biggest rental deals in recent years for downtown Fresno and it came to fruition because of Bitwise’s revitalization vision. FresYes is thrilled to create a home in our new space and to continue growing in this exceptional community.”

FresYes has grown rapidly in the 12 years since its founding and the new 18K square feet of office space in the new state-of-the-art building will allow for continued expansion. The company is slated to move to the second floor of the Bitwise 41 building in spring of 2019.

With several months until completion of Bitwise 41, companies interested in joining Bitwise’s downtown community will have another opportunity when Bitwise at State Center Warehouse starts renting out retail, restaurant and commercial space in 2020.

“Bitwise 41 is the third building to be completed and there is a fourth in the works with Bitwise at State Center Warehouse,” said Jake Soberal, CEO and cofounder of Bitwise. “In five years, the Bitwise community has driven more than 250K square feet of redevelopment in downtown Fresno and this is another indication of the great progress we have made.”
