1723 18th Street features a grand entryway, a coffee bar for tenants and the public alike, private office spaces, reservable conference rooms, and a state-of-the-art presentation area perfect for meetings and community events. The basement features a fully-stocked, central bar with reservable private space, video game arcade, and additional classrooms.
Glass garage doors usher visitors into 1701 18th Street, which features a two-story coworking space, multiple private office suites, conference rooms, and reservable classrooms. This building includes a taproom on the first floor that is open to the general public and tenants.
Bitwise El Paso is set in a beautiful building that combines innovative amenities with vibrant spaces to provide an inspiring experience for the community within. Alongside Bitwise Cowork, this location will be a multi-use space with event and presentation venues available to tenants and the surrounding community.
Bitwise | 41 is a sleek, multi-level tech haven housing thriving businesses, startups, entrepreneurs ventures, and Bitwise Cowork. This coworking space hosts a variety of conference rooms, quiet workspaces, a coffee shop, and boasts more than a quarter acre of outdoor space around the perimeter—and unique views of downtown Fresno.
Bitwise Industries State Center Warehouse features nearly 100,000 square feet of 100-year-old brick, wood, and character throughout. Situated in the heart of California and downtown Fresno, Bitwise HQ houses our staff and a mix of private office suites, support services, high-tech amenities, and an expansive marketplace that includes a variety of eateries. State Center Warehouse will open in early 2023.
Seen as the most noticeable building downtown, The Bitwise Hive is surrounded by a 360-degree multi-colored honeycomb mural. That same theme is found throughout the building's interior where you will find several beehive-styled conference rooms, tenant spaces, and the Bitwise desk hotel.
Housed in a 100-year-old automobile dealership, this 50,000-square-foot space is known as Bitwise South Stadium. South Stadium has three floors of office spaces and four conference rooms, plus a cafe, eatery, gym, Downtown Fresno’s first permanent parklet, EV charging stations, and a 160-seat reservable theater.
Downtown Merced is home to Bitwise 1635, featuring private office spaces, classrooms, a juice bar, and Bitwise Cowork. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow downtown visitors a glimpse inside, and reservable spaces make this the perfect location for a variety of community events.
Bitwise Oakland features a wide-open coworking space on the first floor for entrepreneurs, students, and tech companies to work alongside each other. Additional work areas on the second floor round out the building and feature collaborative office spaces and affordable coding classes for the surrounding community.
Our Bitwise Toledo campus is located in the heart of downtown. This beautiful 100,000-square-foot building will feature a wide-open atrium that connects three floors to the lobby that includes a cafe, restaurant marketplace, outdoor gathering areas, and patio seating. Alongside Bitwise Cowork, this location will host a multi-use space with event and presentation venues available to tenants and the surrounding community when completed.
