Adriana Soto is dedicated to helping individuals from underserved communities realize their full potential. As Senior Vice President of Workforce Training at Bitwise Industries, Adriana plays a vital role in the mission of making careers in tech more accessible to people from all walks of life. Getting to connect with so many amazing individuals every day, and actually making a difference in their lives is the kind of life-changing work that brings a contagious joy to Adriana and her team, fueling her passion for creating more opportunities. 

Adriana is perpetually grateful to her parents for their strength and character which they instilled in her. She remembers working with her father during summer vacation, and learning firsthand what a hard day’s work was all about. She also fondly recalls the natural grace and strength that would emanate from her mother every day, despite being diagnosed with a neurological disease. Her happy place is always on a beach with family and their household fur baby, Dobby. If you ask her what motto she lives by, Adriana will most likely reply with the wisdom of Dori from the Disney film Finding Nemo, and tell you to “just keep swimming.”
