Aimee Cubbage leads the Salesforce Strategy for Bitwise Industries’ technology services as the Senior Vice President of Salesforce Strategy & Practice. Her role includes creating opportunities for careers in the Salesforce ecosystem to further the Bitwise mission of building vibrant economies in underestimated cities. Overall, her department’s goal is to provide excellent services to Bitwise clients, and utilize those engagements to nurture new avenues for Bitwise apprentices to pursue fulfilling Salesforce careers.

Aimee accidentally ended up in technology as a technical writer after graduating with an English degree. She built upon that early experience and now, 25 years later, transformed that expertise into a career that focuses completely on establishing a foothold for others who haven’t had a traditional technology career path. Aimee’s favorite part of her role is building a team focused on helping others grow via mentorship, growth mindsets, and a sense of community. Aimee resides just north of Annapolis, Maryland, with her husband and three boys, and enjoys baking, reading, mentoring, and spending time with family.
