Before joining Bitwise, Kristin was a partner at Studiotobe, a home for independent storytelling, content development, and production.
Previously, she served as Chief of Staff for The Center for Investigative Reporting, combining strategic planning, business development, and project management to drive performance across the organization. She also co-launched The Bay Citizen, a local nonprofit news organization in San Francisco committed to promoting innovation in journalism and catalyzing civic engagement with the news. Kristin serves on the board at Youth Leadership Institute, an organization dedicated to building communities where young people and their adult allies come together to create positive community change that promotes social justice and racial equity. When she’s not working, Kristin enjoys adventuring with her husband and two kids, snowboarding, yoga, and having a laugh with friends over a cocktail.
