Miranda Ragland is the Vice President of Internal Salesforce Implementation and Support, and oversees Bitwise Industries’ internal use of Salesforce programming and application. She works with our team of executives, along with our Data Team, to define operational priorities—while assisting our implementation support teams in developing and refining solutions that empower all of Bitwise’s departments. Her team is the central hub that supports the custom solutions development that empowers each department within Bitwise to succeed.

Miranda’s favorite part of her role is being able to step into a management position, with the ultimate goal of getting Bitwise as close to 100% user adoption and satisfaction as possible. Her hope is to grow Bitwise’s expertise in Salesforce, creating a place where people want to come work because of a reputation for quality and how we treat our team. When she’s not helping make our internal departments’ job easier, Miranda enjoys cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers and spending time with her cat, Ms. Petunia. Miranda is a proud transgender woman, and wholeheartedly believes in the power of visibility.
