As the Vice President of Apprenticeships, Stephanie Moreno leads the effort to holistically support each and every student in our apprenticeship program. As individuals navigate through all phases of the apprenticeship journey, she leads a team that connects each one with the resources and support they need to succeed. Stephanie’s goal is to ensure each person truly feels that “No one belongs here more than you.”

A former Bitwise student herself, Stephanie has the unique perspective of understanding the journey of the individuals as they start their new path in the tech industry. She is dedicated to underserved populations—empowering them to find their voice and advocate for themselves. Stephanie loves connecting great humans with their next steps in technology—whether at Bitwise or beyond. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel, and her four children.
